All international orders are dispatched directly from our Melbourne, Australia studio.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of your order being placed, including photo frame orders, which are eligible for our complimentary printing service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other local charges once they arrive in the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, Aretae Gifting has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost.
If customs duties or taxes are not paid and your order is returned to us, any return shipping costs or fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.
Pre-Orders
Items purchased on pre-order are expected to be dispatched within 2–3 weeks. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
