SHIPPING

Your order will be dispatched directly from our Melbourne studio, with delivery times varying depending on your chosen shipping method. We aim to dispatch within 24–48 business hours after an order has been placed, this includes photo frame orders, all which are eligible for our complimentary printing service. 

Aretae ships Australia-wide with Australia Post. If you would like to track your order (after receiving your dispatch notification) please enter your tracking number here.

All orders over $300.00 AUD will qualify for complimentary shipping in Australia. 

CLICK & COLLECT

Enjoy complimentary local pick-up from our Armadale, VIC studio on weekdays. Simply select the “Pick Up” option at checkout.

We aim to have your order ready for collection within 24 hours. If you require your order sooner, we’re happy to assist - please get in touch. 

Please note: Pick-up orders require a scheduled collection time via Calendly.

SAME DAY SHIPPING

The same-day shipping cutoff is 11am weekdays, with exclusive same-day delivery only available to Melbourne's inner city. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched promptly the following business day.
