SHIPPING

Your order will be dispatched directly from our Melbourne studio, with delivery times varying depending on your chosen shipping method. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours business days after an order has been placed, this includes photo frame orders, all which are eligible for our complimentary printing service. 

Aretae ships Australia-wide with Australia Post. If you would like to track your order (after receiving your dispatch notification) please enter your tracking number here.

All orders over $300.00 AUD will qualify for complimentary shipping in Australia. 

PRE-ORDER 

Please note that all items purchased on pre-order are expected to be dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

CLICK & COLLECT

Enjoy complimentary local pick-up from our Armadale, VIC studio on weekdays. Simply select the “Pick Up” option at checkout.

We aim to have your order ready for collection within 24 hours. If you require your order sooner, we’re happy to assist - please get in touch. 

Please note: Pick-up orders require a scheduled collection time via Calendly.
Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a link to book in a collection time via Calendly. If the available times don’t suit, or you encounter any issues, please contact us at 0466 684 057 or hello@aretaegifting.com. 

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Need your order today? We offer Same Day Delivery to eligible addresses within a 10km radius of our Armadale studio.

To receive your order on the same business day, simply select Same Day Delivery at checkout and place your order before 12:00PM, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 12:00PM with Same Day Delivery selected will be delivered on the next business day.

Please note that Same Day Delivery is only available to eligible delivery addresses within our service area and is subject to courier availability.
