Returns
At Aretae, every piece is chosen to feel meaningful. Should your order not be quite right, our returns policy is outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Exclusions: We’re unable to accept returns on personalised, custom-made or sale items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
HOW TO RETURN
- Get in Touch: Please email our team at hello@aretaegifting.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide return instructions.
- Repack Securely: Kindly return items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back safely to our studio.
- Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
REFUNDS
- Processing: Once received, returns are carefully checked and your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method at the time of purchase.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return is the result of an error on our part.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like a different item, size or colour, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for your preferred choice.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We take great care in preparing each order, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily organise a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, so that your experience with Aretae remains effortless and enjoyable.
