What sizes are your frames?
Our frames are available in a range of sizes depending on the style. We currently offer frames designed to fit 4”X6”, 5”X7”, and 8”X10” photographs.
What orientation are your frames?
All of our frame styles can be displayed in both portrait and landscape orientation. Photos can be printed in either format to suit your preference.
How do I upload a photo to be included with my frame?
Images can be uploaded directly on the product page by clicking the “Upload Photo Here” button.
If you experience any issues uploading your image, you are very welcome to email it to us at hello@aretaegifting.com - just be sure to include your order number so we can match it correctly.
What photos work best?
For the best print quality, we recommend uploading images that are 1-2MB or larger. Screenshots are not advised, as they may appear blurry when printed, especially in 8” x 10” frames.
Will my image be printed in black and white or colour?
Images are printed exactly as they are uploaded. If you’d like your photo printed in black and white, please edit the image prior to uploading.

How do I care for my frame?
To keep your frame looking its best, simply wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
My frame is a gift - can the recipient choose their own photo later?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to purchase the frame, and we can include a note inviting the recipient to contact us when they’re ready to share their chosen image. From there, we’ll take care of printing and sending it to them. Please let us know via email at hello@aretaegifting.com if you’d like to arrange this.
Alternatively, e-gift cards are available if your recipient would prefer to choose and order their frames themselves at a later date.
How will my order be sent?
Each frame is thoughtfully presented in our Aretae branded gift boxes. Online orders are carefully packed in our shipper boxes for safe delivery, while Pick-up orders are prepared in our signature Aretae gift bags.Every order arrives beautifully packaged and gift-ready.
