Aretae Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Shipping

Orders will be dispatched to you (or your chosen recipient) direct from our warehouse. Delivery times may vary based on your chosen shipping method. The same-day shipping cutoff is 11am weekdays, with exclusive same-day delivery only available to Melbourne's inner city. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched promptly the following business day.

We currently ship Australia wide. 

Returns
At Aretae, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following returns policy:

Returns Eligibility
- Time Frame: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on personalised, custom-made, or clearance items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return
1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at HELLO@ARETAEGIFTING  to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Packaging: Pack your items securely in their original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.
3. Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
